Just a really super short post today. I didn’t do much and I’m going to order a takeaway, and (most importantly) I’m not going to beat myself up over it. It’s been a stressful couple of days and I kind of deserve it. I’ll do some extra chores so the day isn’t a complete write-off, though!

Today is about being kind to myself. I’ve been strict, and I’ve been pushing for a lot of change really rapidly, but I can see myself heading into turbo-anxiety territory, so today is for slowing down and allowing myself a bit of breathing room.

Therapy session #2 starts tomorrow so it’s back on track tomorrow morning. Good night!
